Beer is my weakness - I have a bottle or two most nights when I'm relaxing and way too much during NFL football season, especially if my Steelers aren't doing well like this past Sunday. I try to work it into my macros, but I'm not always successful.

Take a rest day from HIIT, but not a rest day...no need for cardio every day whether it's HIIT or not. Get another good workout in tomorrow, but leave the cardio out. Proud of you!!! :wink:

Adequate sleep > pre-workout supplements every day of the week. Sound advice! I do not recommend you taking supplements when you're just getting back into things...get enough rest and you'll be fine. JUST DO IT! :smile:

Did the P90X and most of the P90X+ not too long ago... My advice...use the pause button!!! I needed it and so will you. It's better to rest for a bit, then continue the exercises with proper form than to half-*kitten* it because you're too exhausted to do them correctly.
