Hi there! Welcome to MFP.... it's a great place to be. You'll get a lot of support & positive motivation here. :) I went to the gym today & got more than I bargained for. Make sure you're still getting plenty of fiber / water. I know that when I have a "splurge weekend" it can affect the way my body handles it. Girl.... I'm like 200 lbs overweight. Zumba is great!! I can boogie with the best of them & it's a wonderful workout. Beto (the instructor) even tells you not to feel bad if you can't keep up. As long as you don't give up and keep trying. =)

I've just been trying to do this the "old fashion way". My doctor told me that sure the pills may help..... but, you risk the chance of gaining it back. The only SURE way is the "old fashion way". We need to make lifestyle changes to really notice a difference. =)
