Its motivating each other just like this that will make everyone successful! I feed off of other people motivating each other! Everyone keep up the hard work!

I just finished Day 2- Plyo, and wow did it kick my butt! Every time I had to take extra time to break I just imagined all you guys right there with me in the gym doing the same workout right there next to me. I was like a fatter (for the time being), whiter Shaun T LOL!

You came to the right spot to find some Insanity Junkies!
-
Definitely either Underarmour or Nike compression shorts. Not only do they prevent the chaffing on the thighs, but when you do some crazy squats or lunges you dont want the twig and berries to fall out for everyone to see lol

Its ok, I am usually not hairy, only when i have to work overseas

Reject, can't marry a tshirt

@LJP- Welcome to the team! I am glad you decided to introduce yourself to everyone. I hope you are finding the topics very motivating. Everyone is here for the same reason regardless of why you decided to start Insanity. Just keep active with your posts and your food log and you should be fine. Thanks for joining and we…

Great Job! I had no doubt at all that you would not go and get it done. You overcame a hurdle this morning, feel proud of yourself!
-
Feel free to add, also check out the groups section. Lots of motivation found in there!
-
You better get up and get out of that bed! I am sorry to hear that you had a bad night and that you are stressed right now, use your workout as an escape for the next 45 minutes and just free your head. You know you can do it, and we all know you can do it as well. If you wanna talk about things, just message me. We are…

I am doing Insanity and then once done with that I will move onto Insanity Asylum. I would like to complete both of these and then do P90X, but still continue doing cardio with the Insanity programs 3-4 times a week.

Welcome to the group Imaan. Everyone in this group is very dedicated to not only their own success but also seeing others achieve. Ask as many questions as you need to, someone will always be around to answer them for you. Thanks again for joining.

I just want to send out a big welcome to Kate and Katie! Thanks for joining the team. You have come to the right group if you are looking to talk to other like minded members about their ups and downs with Insanity as well as get some motivation and tips/advice on Insanity or life in general LOL. Again, welcome to the Team…

I see new members joining but no introductions. Come on people don't be shy!

I am glad that you were able to be helped by this group. We are truly our own worst enemies sometimes. Everyone will have a weak moment at one point or another its just how we respond to that moment that will determine our fate. I am glad you are going to keep continuing with the program, lets kick some butt together, ALL…

I took the dreaded Day 1 pics yesterday and made them the screensaver on my laptop. Wow that is embarrassing, but a great reminder of what I want to change about myself. You are definitely right, if you don't want to post them at least take them for yourself. I am terrified to post my Day 1 pic right now, but hopefully at…

You know what I have to say about your post? GOOD for you! And I don't mean that in a negative way at all. You had prior commitments for the time that you normally work out and instead of just saying, Oh I will just skip a day, you took it upon yourself to change your schedule to fit Insanity in. Great Job!

Today I watched the Plyo video to prepare myself for what I would be doing tomorrow morning. And you know what motivates the hell out of me with that video??? THAT EVEN THE PEOPLE PICKED FOR THE VIDEO STOP AND HAVE TO TAKE BREAKS!!! That is motivation right there! This is not one of those programs where the prissy girl or…

Don't, and I say DON'T be embarrassed by your results. Everyone starts at different levels. A power lifter doesn't go into the gym and automatically be able to squat 860 lbs, it takes time and dedication to be where we all want to be. The key statement in your post is, "BUT AT LEAST I FINISHED AND DID IT ALL" That is…

I agree that this will be a great idea! I think actually seeing others make progress will help motivate others to push themselves a little bit harder then they thought they could with their workouts.
-
@ AJ Thanks for joining the Team! I hope you have noticed that everyone here is very supportive of each other and wants everyone to succeed. We are all starting Insanity for different reasons, but we will all finish because we have the drive and support of each other to do it! Just do what you can while you can and then as…

Oh man that sounds like a tough hybrid! Definitely worth a try once I make it through this challenge. Love your new pic by the way LOL, forget trying to better myself to look good, I am really preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse!
-
@Emily I dont think you will be a nuisance, just keep us motivated and going! I am glad you will have plenty of time to help us all out!
-
Just imagine the old floor I will be jumping on in Afghanistan LOL
-
Not a problem, here is a link to the group on FB, lets get this thing going even with those that just want to support Insanity without have a MFP profile. http://www.facebook.com/groups/insanity.djpppeo/

@ Emily_bird, Thank you for the great introduction. You said something that caught my eye and my wife tells me it all the time. She doesn't refer to eating healthy as a DIET, she refers to it as a LIFESTYLE change. I am glad you brought that up. Even though you aren't doing the Insantiy workout by itself, you are more then…

I think it is a great idea to list our workouts, almost like a little fitness log! I did the Fit Test today and NOT looking forward to Plyo tomorrow LOL.
-
Just wait till tomorrow morning. I am going to love the mornings after my workout just to wake up, roll on the floor out of bed, attempt to pull my socks and shoes on, just to do it all over again. 2 months of my time, to change the rest of my life. Great Job! I am looking forward to doing Plyo in the morning.
-
I am glad that the group is working to help motivate those that just need that extra little push. To be honest, I needed a little push this morning myself to get out of bed and do my Fit Test. I pushed the snooze button twice and then finally got my butt out of bed because how can I help motivate other people if I can't…

Welcome to the team Vanessa! Everyone on this team is very supportive of each other, so don't feel discouraged. We are all here for one reason or another, but we are all here to better ourselves. It took me to seeing the scale at 249 lbs before I told myself that enough was enough. I think Insanity will definitely get you…
