I have done WW several times over 20 years and got to goal and became a Lifetime Member. BUT, as time went on, they began changing their program every year and encouraging you to buy new products all the time. The leaders changed time and time again and usually the new one was worse than the last. The company is owned by…

Would love to know how to make my own yogurt too. I prefer sheep's milk yogurt -- can't stand the suggary kinds like Dannon, etc.

Water weight is "real" weight loss -- real because you've changed your eating habits. Don't discount your accomplishment!

I too have large calves. So did my mother and so does my daughter. I get loads of compliments on my legs - even from complete strangers. And I'll bet you do too. I can't wear knee boots either. But i don't fret over it. Don't try to hide your beautiful legs. Embrace them. Wear skirts and dresses and shorts. Wear sexy…

Great job!! I had a similar experience today when I pulled out a winter coat that I haven't been able to button the last button where the coat fits at my hips. Not only could I button that button today, but I even had a little extra room. This new lifestyle seems to be working for me too :) Keep up the good work!
