    What is your caloric intake and do you count your carbs? Great job!

    Calorie Intake started at 1200, but has since moved up to 1700. :) I don't count carbs...just calories. :)

    keep up the great work. Slow but certain is the best way to go. If you can, add weight training (if you have not already) to help increase strength and reshape your body the way you want ... best wishes on your journey.
