1000 x this. I don't care what dude looks at me. I'm a female in the squat rack, yea it's awesome, even if it's the bar....but when the more experienced female lifters come in, I feel super self-concious.

Love this.:heart: Yes, you may be the only woman there. Yes, you may get some glances (but they glance at each other too) But getting in there and getting it done is far better than wishing you would have. Plus, I have noticed that pretty much everyone leaves each other to their own devices anyway...at least in my gym.

I used to be a distributor, but quit because that whole scene is not for me. Anyway, I didn't notice any changes when I was taking it. It seems to me that a good multivitamin could be used instead. Shrug. Plus, I had to mix mine in orange juice to be able to choke it down, and I'm no longer a fan of drinking fruit juices.

I am 5'10" and order my pants from Victoria's Secret. They have long and extra long yoga pants. I also wear a lot of capri pants as the length works well. Shirts just suck in general so I layer with a long tank.

My only sign for a couple of weeks was being late. I didn't get any symptoms until about seven weeks. I second the Dollar Store tests. And Wal-Mart has an $0.89 test also.

I do CrossFit with my husband (who is a police officer and started doing it after the academy) in our local gym. We do not pay the fees at the local box. My point is, I do not look bulky. Hi! I am also a momma to two boys (3 1/2 and 6 months). I was able to lose all my weight with the first, but am finding it a little more difficult with the second. I am currently doing CrossFit with my husband :)

This is for me too. Cooking for a picky three year old is hard enough. His favorites include spaghetti and quesadillas. I agree with everyone else. Do easier versions of a push up. I have to do bent kneed pushups right now because I can't do many pushups either. Keep at it and you will improve!
