Let me know how it goes! I went without meat for about 6 days one time. It is sort of hard to do when you have two kids to feed as well, but I felt a lot better when I did it. :) We usually eat ground turkey instead of ground beef, the calorie difference is amazing. Some of the before/after pics I've seen of gross me out! If they would just exercise and eat right their loose skin would look a whole lot better! I'm not kidding, some of those photos of these women's stomachs afterwards are just so sad looking. They do lose inches, but a consultant has said the only way to "keep it off"…

Just curious, Are you guys really seeing results with 30 Day Shred? I tried it in 2011 and I didn't notice hardly anything! I guess I did notice that my thighs got bigger. Anyway, maybe I should find some measuring tape instead of a scale and try it again. :happy:

In 2011 I lost 18 lbs in a little under 16 weeks. The funny thing is, some weeks I wouldn't lose any weight and other weeks I lost 2-4lbs! Each body/metabolism is different and as long as you aren't feeling sluggish or overly-exhausted then the 2lb/week plan might be right for you. I am currently trying to lose last 10lbs…
