Count me in, too. I'm 52. Early menopause (in my late 30's) and just now realizing some of the effects it has had. But I'm working now to reverse some of that!

I feel like I am slowing down in my weight loss--and still have so far to go. What you have to say is very encouraging! Thanks for the inspiration! And congrats on what you have accomplished.

I've needed to boost my protein intake a good bit lately, so I have been trying to add more seafood, beans. I've also started using protein powder. What a change--especially in your face. You look great! I'm still early on in this journey (in week 11), so I haven't hit a plateau…

This sounds great. And it seems like I always have a banana that is past its prime!

The dietician that I have been working with suggested that I use mfp (I had never heard of it). It has been great to keep track of the calories. Seeing the nutritional values has really helped me make wiser food choices. Reading the success stories is also motivating. I don't exercise so that I can eat more--I exercise to…

You don't say what makes the weekends hard, but hopefully these ideas will be help. I find it helpful to plan out the day's eating in the morning. Then I don't have to keep deciding what to eat (and making possible poor choices) the rest of the day. The weekend can be a little more challenging for me because my husband…
