  • Okay so I went to that website and they are saying my lean weight is 150lbs and my body fat% is 13.9. They say I should only lose about 23-25 lbs. The kicker is that they are saying I could eat 1710 cals a day and still lose weight (sedentary). Thats alot more than Ive been eating... How accurate is that site?
