I am going to add what I can for myself and my boyfriend. We are going to watch our portions closely. If we go over on calories we are just gonna start all over again the day after Thanksgiving. We only eat like this twice a year.

My doctor recommended this sight to help my keep track of and count calories. She recommends I watch the carbs and the calories but I watch them all. So far I have been under on them all. But this site has me on a higher calorie diet than she suggested.
