weighed in this morning at 139. I'm fluctuating between 137-139 it seems (I weigh myself daily)

I don't think I'm going to be able to move tomorrow... My sorority sister is my workout buddy and she made me go early and do some leg and arm weights and then we did weights and toning during step aerobics. But I LOVE Zumba. I love getting to shake my hips!
-
I'm at 9 glasses of water so far, probably will make it 12 by the end of the night. Did my first zumba and set aerobics class tonight, when I can't move tomorrow I'll know why! I burned so many calories, I have no idea how I'm supposed to eat another 900 when I've already eaten 1200!
-
My Zumba and Aerobics classes start tonight. Super excited! I already burned almost 100 cals by shoveling this morning, can't imagine what 2 hours of cardio are gonna burn.
-
It depends on the day. Midnight last night was fun. It'll get worse as the month goes on and it's effin' cold and there's not much movement stuff left, more like sitting on your butt putting slush into a shape.

Weighing in at 138.9! Woo! My goal was to be below 140 by today, and I made it! Starting my PE Weight Training Class today, hopefully it'll help.

Tonight at Midnight starts a month of one of the best workouts I do every spring. Winter Carnival! My school builds snow statues for a month, and I'm talking like 2 story high! Shoveling snow, hauling buckets, stomping slush to create blocks. Such a good workout!

I got a butterfly on my ankle. Good to know, because for as much pain as I experienced it better not come off! lol

I want to learn a healthy lifestyle. I'm 5'3" and currently 140ish. I've been down to 115lb before and loved how I looked, but I gained it back (boyfriend fat!). I'd like to learn how to live healthy so that I can take off the weight and not gain it back. I want to be fit and toned and enjoy being physically active.

Thanks for the advice!

Got my water yesterday..13 cups. But, I took a trip into the city yesterday (to get my first tattoo!) and had fun with my friends. Went wayyyyy over calories due to Buffalo Wild Wings and some drinking last night. No cardio because I was in a car for 5 hours and a tattoo parlor for 4.
-
Didn't get a chance to post yesterday I weighed in yesterday at 140.3. Down 1.6lbs
-
So, this might be a bit random. Any of you ladies tattooed? I got my first one yesterday (whoo!) and I'm curious about working out/sweating with it. I was told no water/steam type things for two weeks, and to do 3x a day cleanings for the first 3 days. Should I avoid high-impact workouts that will leave me sweaty? I figure…

WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE: 10 Water -Working on glass 12! 20 Minutes Resistance Training- Haven't done this yet, but I'm going to do some "quickie" workouts (quickiechick.com) 30 Minutes Cardio-shoveled for a half hour today. Under cals for the first time in a few days! Whoo. I made up for my last few days of binging by being…

I know the feeling. My first two years of school I bought an in-dorm gym membership, all I had to do was walk down a flight of stairs and I had this great gym to workout in. I could barely get myself to use it. Now I'm off campus, but the gym is a short drive away (I could walk when it's not winter, but it's up a huge…

Random comment. I love that you play D&D.

12 cups of water...done 40%+5 (60 min)...done- did 105 Not under cals though.

The other v-day challenges I'm doing have water challenges. So challenge yourself to get 8-10 glasses of water in every day this week!
-
We're about the same. A year ago I was 165lbs! I'm now 140ish and my goal is to get to 130, but my real goal is 125. But really, I just want to be toned. I'd like to see my stomach a little flatter, my thighs a little firmer, and my butt a little sexier! hah
-
made the 10 glasses of water! Didn't get the exercise in, I meant to, but after running errands and unpacking my room (which is somewhat like exercise..) I wanted a nap instead! However, I was happy to see the scale read 139.3 this morning! Which means I actually did lose weight this week!
-
Just the look of cottage cheese keeps me away from it. I tried Greek yogurt and couldn't stand it. I'm in 3 different valentine's day challenges, if I make the 10lb goal of the one then I'll be at my GW! So, hopefully by valentine's day I'll just be maintaining. I'm looking forward to aerobics and zumba starting next week.

Hoping that being back to school helps me focus. Went shopping yesterday and bought lots of yummy low-cal foods. Yogurt, milk, brown rice, string cheese, chicken, apples, and carrots. Looking forward to food this week!
-
Weigh in for today: 141.7. A maintain for this week. However, now that I'm back at school things will be back into gear. Working on cup #3 of water! And once I'm done cleaning my room from moving back I'll be working on shoveling the 1'+ of snow we got this weekend!
-
Hard to make the challenges again due to my 9 1/2 hour drive to school today. But, I at least managed my own personal goal of 8 cups of water. No exercise due to spending all day in the car. But! I did "exercise" in the car. Made sure to squeeze my butt and abs the way there!
-
I love baby carrots. I also like buying fresh spinach for my sandwiches instead of lettuce.
-
Look at some of the plans on ExerciseTV I think they have free ones on there.

Joining as many V-day challenges as possible to have lots of challenges, supporters, and motivation. SW: 141.6 GW: 130

I love finding new little workouts and tips and tricks. My facebook gives me updates from FitnessTV, Self Magazine, Fitness Magazine, Jillian Michaels, and probably a few more. I get emails from various different newsletters. I don't always like what I find, but sometimes I find some neat tips. Here's my newest discovery:…
