To keep the growling attacks down you should eat 5-6 small meals a day, every 2-3 hours. So breakfast at 6am, a snack (or protein shake) at 9am, Lunch at Noon, a snack ( or protein shake) at 3pm and Dinner at 6pm. Don't eat carbs after 7pm. I listen to Pandora....its either Snoop Dog Radio or Dr. Dre Radio. I hate rap music, but I noticed I can get into it when Im at the gym. It gives me the motivation.

My breakfast begins with 4 Egg Whites scrambled with chopped grilled chicken, broccoli or spinach and a touch of fat free cheese. On some occasions if I feel I need to add some carbs to that I will add instant oatmeal as a side.

Im 5'7 and large frame, my short term goal is to lose 26 lbs by March. My long term goal is to lose 56 lbs. One day at a time!
