Don't forget that if you don't eat *enough* calories, your body may go into Starvation Mode, and not dropping the weight as fast as you'd expect. MFP calculates for that, so probably don't be too much in a deficit on a repeated basis... ocassionally is probably okay, but if it's all the time, you may not get the results…
