Welcome Stephanie! It might help if you cook ahead and freeze in individual portions. I do taco meat, grilled chicken. I also like to keep hard boiled eggs on hand. I love smoothies and that's a quick and easy breakfast. It's a lot easier if you like salads :)

Sesame almond butter doodles sounds great Had my power smoothie for breakfast. Lunch was a chopped salad with turkey, turkey bacon, bell peppers, banana peppers, onions and homemade balsamic dressing. Also had apple slices with almond butter. Dinner will be taco salad with salsa. I love ground turkey with homemade taco…

Sorry I was MIA. Out of town for my daughters dance competition. Overall did pretty well but didn't stay 100 percent on plan. Social events are so tough. Back at it now. Am loving my breakfast smoothies with kale, spinach, frozen berries, banana, pineapple, chia seeds and coconut milk. And I love salad for lunch. Looking…

I have the same problem with produce. If its spinach, I either saute it or put it in a smoothie. If kale starts to look a little wilted I make some kale chips. If its zucchini or peppers I make roasted vegetables and save to eat over a couple of days...

Hi Laura and Stephanie My name is Denise. I am 57 and also from Chicago! I am married and have an 18 year old son, a 17 year old daughter. I lost 25 pounds about 7 years ago, ran marathons and felt better than I have my whole life. I slowly slipped out of running and began emotional/stress eating and put the weight back…

How do you cook the spaghetti squash? Do you make your own marinara? I've never tried it

Welcome @sadiebrawl. My meals were also the same today as yesterday. I usually prep on Sunday's. Make lemon chicken breast and turkey taco meat and freeze in individual portions. Chicken breast marinade is just olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and other seasonings. I make my own taco seasoning that I…

By the way, the Fast Metabolism Diet is similar and there are lots of good recipes at hayliepomroy.com. Just ignore the phases (and eliminate beans). If you are on Instagram, the account whole30recipes has some great recipes.

Great job on your first day! Try adding some raw nuts, nut butte, sweet potatoes or avocado to help you feel more full. I had a breakfast skillet with a poached egg on top. The skillet had sweet potatoes peppers onions and spinach sautéed in coconut oil. It was awesome! Lunch was a salad with grilled chicken, veggies and…
