I have the same problem. I went to a foot specialist who said years of uncorrected supination is causing it. I got fitted for arch supports, bought new sneakers and I am looking forward to some relief. In the meantime I am limiting my running, focusing on the elliptical and arc trainer for my cardio. Good luck.

my sentiment exactly!!! and I do agree that if you feel you have really plateau'd - change things up. "Shock" your metabolism by chainging your exercise routine and/or eating habits. Eat small meals 6 times a day...whatever it takes, just don't give up!

I went to the gym today and weighed in on the cool a** Tanita Scale (down 4% body fat in one month! Woo hoo!). The beautiful thing is that the numbers almost matched the calculations done on the Fat2Fit website. I totally get it now! I have already adjusted my calories and look forward to a new journey. Thanks all!

I finally did something long overdue!! I went to a store that specializes in foot issues and got fitted for arch supports. I loved talking to somebody who could identify my issue by watching me walk for just a few mintues. It was so rewarding knowing there is help for my pain that doesn't include surgery, pills or time off…

Just a question, what do you eat for breakfast and/or morning snack? I too am a carboholic. I stopped eating any sugar in the morning and it helped reduce my cravings the rest of the day.
