5'6'' 118 lbs Bust: 34.5 Waist: 24.5 Hips: 35-37 depending on where I measure exactly. I would actually like to gain some muscle since all of the weight on me is mostly flab. I'd be happy at a muscular 125. ETA: It sounds like you're at a very healthy weight, and I wouldn't encourage losing more. If anything, lose fat and…

Seems discriminatory. I dislike that. On the other hand, a lot of skinny people at gyms can be jerks to really overweight people. My aunt (who wasn't even that overweight) had skinny young women giggling at her while she tried to work out. But then a lot of them can be nice, too.

You could try using different painkillers. I had the exact same problem with an infected tooth (so bad it would wake me in the night or I would sit at work crying). I couldn't take Vicadin since I had to drive to work, so my dentist had me piggyback ibuprofen and acetaminophen. It actually did a pretty good job. I think I…

Some states are looking into making underpasses so that the animals can cross under the highway roads. Seems like a fantastic idea.

For me, I have to remember how much relief I feel when I'm actually at the fitness center, working out, and how guilty and wasteful it would have felt to not go. Just remember that one feeling of knowing you're bettering yourself instead of lying in bed, and it should be enough to drag you there the next time.

Anyone who does laugh at your isn't worth your time. Most people will respect you, though.

Ha ha ha, I knew I knew that from somewhere.

Hmmm...

Sorry to hear it. It's so hard to lose a cat. I hope her last days are peaceful and you get some quality time together.

Agreed. Big bones are not the problem, and the fact that the media is calling it "big boned" instead of overweight is really stupid. Anyway, why are there no normal sized mannequins? Why are there mannequins shaped like 80 pounds girls, and then they immediately go to obese? Why not make a mannequin that's shaped like a…

A box of cereal/oatmeal, $3.00-5.00. A half gallon of milk, $2.00-4.00, A loaf of bread $2.50-3.00, half a pound of deli turkey $4.00, a carton of eggs $2.00-$4.00, a head of lettuce $1.00-2.00, a bunch of celery $1.00-2.00, apples $1.75 a pound (if you buy the sale ones), bananas >$1.00 a pound. And don't forget the…

Unless you're allergic to vegetables, they are ALWAYS good for you.

Being gay doesn't stop someone from marrying a woman and having a family if he feels like he has to do it to be "normal". Even if reparative therapy allows him to do so, he'll likely still have sexual urges towards men that will leave him feeling repressed and miserable, most likely. Same for women.

Dead lifts, and I've heard good things about Brazil Butt Lift.

You sound pretty tiny. You can try toning your thighs and reducing body fat, but if you don't have at high gap at 113 pounds, you'd have to lose body fat or muscles left to have it, to the point of being unhealthy.
-
But wasn't he gay? We can't judge his sexual attraction to fat bottomed girls accurately! ...booties are still awesome, though. :)

I've never been overweight, but almost always had cellulite on my butt and thighs (and I have a tiny rear!). Running has helped my legs and butt astronomically, and I've started doing squats and lunges as well. Hopefully they help!

I buy sugar snap peas there. And frozen edamame.

Make wine popsicles. If it's cold it doesn't count as calories.

That seems rude to me, mainly because unless they're on a walk, the neighbor's own yard should be the primary location for peeing and pooping. Why would I want dog pee all over the grass I squat in and am digging in. I didn't buy a dog.

Try netting at least 1300-1400 a day. So eat 1300-1400, plus all of your exercise calories. I used to eat 1200 a day and not eat back my exercise calories. Using the suggestion I gave you, I have lost weight just as quickly but my body and brain are happier since I actually get food.
-
It will give you cancer.
-
You should be eating a lot more. No one should be netting -80 calories. You're well on your way to an eating disorder if you think eating is bad.

Why do people always feel the need to diss cardio? Cardio is excellent for improving your heart and lungs. My family has a history of heart disease. Lifting weights isn't really working ye olde heart to the fullest. Lifting weights is good in its own right, but it's not the only way. Plus, cardio does burn quite a few…

Bump!

I don't even get why people do this. -_-;;

People who say I love you after one week of dating when you obviously don't feel that way (yet) can end up being really needy and possessive. You sound like you aren't all that into this guy (at least romantically). Try taking it slower and taking a break from the relationship.
