I just consider it a cheat day if I totally go off the wagon and eat everything in sight. Then I do better the next several days. I will give myself a cheat meal more often, though.

I agree with the rest of the posters. Listen to your parents; they're trying to help you. It's time to realize you have disordered eating, and if you can't make yourself start eating more, it's time to go to a therapist or professional of some sort for help. Good luck. Your body needs nutrients.

Stop eating eggs if you hate them. Seriously. Don't force yourself. There are other ways to get nutrients that aren't from going "ugh" every bite of your sandwich. I'd suggest posting a topic about "a cheap, healthy alternative to eggs" or something.

Could you clarify why you need to eat so little? Are you full on that much? Are you specifically trying to maintain that weight? Try eating healthy and low calorie for the most part, but don't totally deprive yourself at get togethers. Eat the things you love in moderation, and don't fill up on things you only kind of like.

I probably drink over 70 ounces every day, but that's because I'm thirsty. And days where I work out, I drink even more. I'm a firm believer in only drinking what you're thirsty for, not forcing yourself to chug water. Still, if you only drink a glass a day, try upping it to at least 2 or 3...

Try eating one PBJ next time, and go easy on the PB. It's pointless to eliminate foods you love, especially when they're sitting there, staring you in the face. Eat it slow, and have carrots or a salad on the side to help fill you up while you get to enjoy the flavor of the sandwich.

Why not try alternating for a few weeks? Eat 2000 calories one day, then the next day give yourself 2500. It might help you feel less deprived.
