I use stevia. It is no cal and natural. It tastes a bit like Nutra Sweet but with none of the bad stuff. I find Krisda brand tastes the most natural.

I love almond milk, unsweetened, vanilla, chocolate and regular. They all taste good to me. Unsweetened is best for using to make your own salad dressing. I toss them into a five bean chicken or turkey chili. It can be a nice low cost meal when you buy most of your beans dried and soak them overnight then toss them with the browned poultry burger in the slow cooker with some chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce.

I have PCOS but I have never had a problem with taking off wieght when I stuck to eating better. I would recomend maybe chatting with a Dr or looking it up online. I agree with shake and bake. But if you don't mind the sodium content you could bake them in a low cal mushroom soup base. Makes a good gravy after you fish the legs out of it.

I have found that firming up the muscles will make for a bit of an increase in size for a short time. Since the muscles are firmer under the fat it seems to make the fat on top stand out a bit more instead of blending like it used to. Just my opinion.

If you have access to a pool I would sugest running in the pool to lessen the impact on your knees. Joints don't heal well when they are injured so I would want to protect them for future use. Eating a good protion of your calories for breakfast is a good idea since we can burn off those calories during the day and it helps to make you feel full for longer. Keep the fruit your eating but use it as snaks.

Imagine something totally gross happened to the food. A sneeze on it or something even worse. Picture it in total detail till you just about start to feel sick. I find it can cut down on cravings. If you do indulge just stick with small portions.
