1200 is bare minimal, look up your correct TDEE via free online calculators. You may find if you eat more of the correct foods you will start to loose weight. Sounds weird I know. But your body needs fuel. Also try upping your exercise- add in some jogging or bike riding or something else extra. Good luck.
