Haha! I love when that happens. I was plateauing in February, went on a 4 day cruise in early March & ended up LOSING weight than rather gaining weight like most.

I agree! Look at the ingredient list! It's like a chemistry experiment. I rather have my calories.

Add more variety to your meals. Eating the same things/meals constantly can be detrimental in that your body begins to develop a food memory & becomes more efficient. More efficient=less calories burned/used up by your body to breakdown the food.

You might actually want to try to improve your running technique. There are many videos on YouTube that explain the proper way to run.

Thin crust from Domino's with any type of veggies as the topping. Ham & philly meat are not too bad as well. Another way to save calories is to add more tomato sauce & to lessen the amount of cheese.

I weigh myself twice a month. I don't keep a scale in my house because I would be constantly weighing myself!

Try zig-zagging your calories like friends have said. You eat the same amount of calories every week, but not the same amount every day. For instance, say you normally eat 1500 a day which is 10500 a week. Instead of eating 1500 every day, eat 2000 one day, 1500 the next, 1800 the next day, then 1600 the next, etc, etc...…
