I'm back on the plan...had to stop working out due to no energy. Missing my HIIT classes and kickboxing and feeling flabby. Been walking and riding bike but thats about it. What have you been doing?

I'm back at it again too and am struggling and now that I'm back using MFP I want to interchange their foods with real foods as I'm already paranoid of gaining the weight back that I lose. feel like doing the 3 and 3 maintenance just at lower calorie and carb level...How are you doing? have you been successful??
