I just had my first at the end of April. MFP helped me lose thirty pounds before I got pregnant and now I want to get back to it so I can be a fit and healthy mom. Just doing stroller walks for now. Any suggestions for low impact at home workouts I could try once I get the all clear from the doctor?

I usually try to push through and I have noticed that I don't usually lose a lot of weight that week due to water retention I think, but I generally have a good loss the following week if don't give in to the hunger.
