Workout and water done! I'm gonna feel this one in the morning. I made it through 3 rotations in 15 minutes with a 10 minute warm up on my bike and a 10 minute cool down AND up and down the ladder all day painting my house! :grumble: Oh well, at least I'm feeling better. :smile:

You could modify them Pammie and do them up against a wall for now till your wrist is better. Take it easy on them so you don't make things worse. -- Spoken from one who is extremely careful of my ankle after last years injury... :wink:

Ditto this.... it is really less expensive to make your own meals especially if your on a budget. There are loads of sites that help you fix healthy budget friendly meals.

I have 7 inch wrists and am only 5'3 if I went by the dang BMI charts I would need to loose another 40 plus pounds to be out of overweight and into healthy range.... just makes me angry!!

I have totally replaced pasta with spaghetti squash and also mix it up sometimes by using butternut instead. I plan to grow my own this summer :)

I use my Christmas present from 2011... a Bowflex revolution weight lifting machine we found at a very good price on craigslist. I lift as heavy as I can stand and not hurt myself :wink:
