Love the idea, hope to find my twin! 37 years old female, 5'5", CW 167 GW 150. I try to exercise at least 3 times a week. I am motivated to lose those pounds and need some support. I mostly do cardio at the gym for about 30 mns and need to work on my strength training. Anyone who can match?
