Thank you taking a bow,

We're still talking about watches right? I'm still trying to understand why fellow guys concern themselves with the size of their watch when it's all in timing of the ticking that makes a watch a REALLY GOOD WATCH!

Verb, noun, adjective it's all in how you use it

I no longer need to wear a watch. I simply always know . . .

You have way too much time on your hands.

I actually knew this but the Luminary swore me to secrecy . . . I would be careful if I was you!

I keep water in my car and some protein and fiber bars (very filling) and then I would buy a beef jerky (protein), some nuts or yogurt (calcium).

Forever changing . . . that was 2 words, ha!

It's really not a choice of food or excercise - it's the choice of snack foods. Try some healthy snacks that fill you that are dense in fiber so you feel fuller. Have some fruit, nuts (not too many) or some of the new fiber bars on the market which are also very healthy for you. Also try eating two to three small snacks a…

I will drink one or two glasses of red wine on the weekend with no remorse. Each ounce of wine is approx 25 calories so one glass of wine is between four to six ounce which equals 100 to 150 calories. I just take those two glasses of wine into account on my total caloric intake for the day. If I know I'm going out I might…

I'm 5'11 1/2" ( I sound like I'm 6 years old with half inch) and my goal is 170 lbs but more importantly I want to lose my love handles and build a strong, but lean muscular body. If that all makes sense.

I love romantic movies.

Sounds like you had fun. I volunteered at one of our school several months ago and was in the water dunking tank most of the afternoon. It looks like you needed a serious beer shower afterwards! lol

I agree with SoDamnHungry work out more so you can eat more! However, if you are not hungry then skip the extra calories but if you are hungry then by all means. Just follow your intuition.

You're right the key is to get right back on track and not feel guilty.

I allow myself certain free days a year to eat as much I want. Super Bowl Sunday is a perfect day for guilt free eating. I went into yesterday knowing I would eat about 2,000 calories above my norm (1600 calories). The very next day (i.e. today) I will typically eat between 900 - 1,000 calories and then the following days…
