We are creatures of habit... i wake up at 3:45am, 4 times a week so that i can work out in the morning. Just set your alarm, don't think about it when it goes off and literally jump out of bed. I've noticed once i start thinking about it i end up talking myself into going back to bed. Keep doing it and eventually you will…

Randomness... what I found in the refrigerator: 1 heirloom tomato 1 scrambled egg garlic goat cheese My green juice blend (kale, celery, cucumber, lemon, ginger)

I cut out gluten as I am gluten sensitive. I initially went to the Dr. to find out what causes my migraines (I have had them since I was a kid). I started my gluten free lifestyle after Christmas... and i feel great! After the initial shock, it got easier and easier. I feel better, I've lost weight, and (knock on wood)…

I wake up HELLA early and work out. Before anyone is up. I drive to the gym 3 times a week, and the other 2 days I work out at home in the morning too. This way it doesn't take away from my time with my son and I have energy to get through the day. On weekends we take family walks or hikes.

Lemon and hot sauce (tapatio). YUM-O!

Before, after, AND at the end of the day! Whenever I can. If I know what I'll be eating the full day I'll try to log before. I can always go back and make adjustments. Most of the time though, I log right after each meal, snack, etc. Find whatever works for you. It doesn't matter when as long as you are accurate and…

I'm up at 4 am three times a week to get ready and to the gym by 4:30am. I alternate those days with 5am wake ups for runs/cardio/yoga. I have a three year old. And with a lot of help from my husband we have developed a routine during the week. We are well oiled machines. We get home from work, cook, eat, play, bath time…

In my experience... the only way to do a push-up is to DO a push up. Even if you only get down a 1/3 of the way. Do this in combination with your bench presses or other weight training exercises. You will eventually work your way up to 1, and go from there.

Eating clean means eating no processed foods or minimally processed foods. Lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, cheese.

I was able to stay home with my son for 16 months, before I went back to work. He is now 3 years old. Personally there is nothing I want more in this world that to be home with him, raising him. I don't think there is anything more personally gratifying. Call me old school. But reality is I have to work. And I may never…

I recently cut out gluten too, doctor's orders as i have a sensitivity to gluten. Yes it is life changing, difficult, frustrating etc. Gluten and wheat are in everything. However I find that i feel so much better! Yes it's a pain in the *kitten* to eat out. It takes forever to order anything, and quite frankly it is so…

I had to go gluten free after finding out i have a sensitivity to gluten. My doctor recommended I read Wheat Belly, and that pretty much really helped to change my mind about wheat. It honestly hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be, but be prepared as it is a lifestyle change. Wheat is in EVERYTHING and half the…

Holy hell people! Let's just be happy for this person! Everyone is different, what works for one doesn't work for the other. Congratulations!! I recently cut out gluten of my diet (orders from my doctor) and it is not easy so kuddos to you!

I eat every 3ish hours so always have a snack before lunch. It varies, depending on what i have at home. Today I'll have a rice cake with 2tbsp of almond butter with sliced strawberries on top.

I am trying to eat more non-processed meals! I actually need help with ideas and my breakfast for the next month will be the same, but after that I'd like to get more creative.
