Myself, my family. So that I may enjoy a long, healthy life, watching my son grow, keeping up with him, being a good example for him so that he may also enjoy a healthy life with his children some day. He is my world and my reason for everything. Oh! And my husband too :-)

LOVE it. What i do dislike is having to wake up so early in the morning to workout. I also love my sleep. But once I am up and going, thoroughly enjoy it. Not a huge fan of cardio though.

Wake up before 5am to work out. Not every day because you will be exhausted, but start twice a week. Your kids don't nap? Mine is about to be 4yrs old and still gets a nap. He is a cranky little man without one.

I tumbled. I want to be able to do a hand stand, and I've always been afraid of the falling part. After tumbling yesterday afternoon, I wasn't as scared to try handstands. Still a work in progress.

I did. I also have been a migraine sufferer since childhood, also debilitating. In my adolescent years I would get them frequently, 3 a month or more. Eggs! Most days I have eggs with 1/2 an avocado if i have, and a fruit. But I also eat every 2-3 hours so depending on how much I eat for breakfast I'll have a small to medium snack after that.

I would have exploded by now... I do get comments from one person in particular at work. Not surprising, she has MAJOR issues with food and body image, but It is extremely hard to be polite and keep my mouth shut. I can't imagine getting it from multiple people at work. No way! Please don't listen to your family, you look AMAZING!! You have to think about what YOU want and how YOU feel. I know family can be overbearing at times when you think that they should be your biggest supporters they are the ones bringing you down. You look great. Don't change a thing!

I went to my first spin class a couple of months ago, and the spin instructor approached me after class and asked me if I was a runner, or gymnast, after i replied no, she said i looked great and had an athlete's body. Still keeps me motivated :-)

I agree with everyone else. You need to feed your body. As far as the bloating, i know certain foods cause me to bloat such as dairy. Maybe too much salt? Good luck!
