One Year Difference

I pulled out my summer clothes and found this outfit from last year. What a difference a year makes!

I am 6'0 tall, do modified Paleo, exercise doing Jazzercise, have PCOS, have dealt with binge eating, and am down 80 pounds since last summer.

    You look awesome! What does your modified paleo look like? I'm just curious, because I eat what I call "modified paleo" so I was wondering how they compare lol. I call mine modified because I haven't given up peanut butter (almond butter just isn't the same!), and I still occasionally eat other legumes, as well as bacon, and very occasionally, cheese.

    LOVE the new dress (and ok the old shirt, too). I've been trying to hold onto any of my "old" clothes as long as they still look ok, but yeah, at some point they just don't fit well anymore. Congrats on your progress!
