    Very inspirational. I'm 5'0" and started at 163 lbs. I'm 122 lbs now but I feel like that last 10 lbs might never come off. Thanks for backing a calorie amount around 1200 or below. My TDEE is only 1700 or so, when I'm active. Nobody should get flak for being short and eating to feed a short person.

    Did you do any other exercise besides Jillian Michaels? I think I need to incorporate some more exercise or all of my last 10 lbs need to come off my stomach.
