  • Ok...go to log..then click food..go down to food plan, click the arrow key until it says plan summary...then click edit plan, it will show your goal weight just click next and it will say food plan..go to bottom and click set my own calorie target and you will be able to set your calories.
  • Hi, I just got a fitbit and had the same problem. You can personalize you calorie goal in fitbit to match your calorie goal in myfitnesspal. Just log on to fitbit and at the top it should say dashboard, log, community, premium...just click log, then go down to food plan and click the blue setting tab and it will say change…

  • I just started Power 90 two days ago and I love it! I have had it for over a month just staring at it in its original packaging almost scared to open it. Man, am I glad I did, I already feel better, a little sore but that's to be expected considering how out of shape I am.
  • I'm 5'3" and currently 202 pounds. I've never been this heavy and am sick of it. My goal weight is 125 pounds.
