  • bowflexes are great! love the resistance both ways. my fav routines although simple was super set opposing muscle groups for crazy pumps!! do chest back one day, arms one day, legs the next. the pump of doing bis and tris on one day with it is nuuts
  • can you explain why? ive never gained strength starving my self. I did strong lifts for about 6 months and was on about 4000 cals aday to maintain what I was trying to micro load each workout
  • true but most bodybuilders have the muscle and losing that fat is what they do then. worth a shot for sure. I also found strong lifts got kinda boring, after awhile I was squatting 350 and wa slike, man do I really wanna squat that today lol
  • I personally found the p90x diet to general and easy to "cheat" have you ever tried a low carb diet? or no carb? its not easy though and many people fail. google "anabolic diet" for all round weight loss this is a beast. you can modify it with adding lots of veggies but I lost 20 pounds on it while doing p90x so its a good…
  • x3 is my fav program by far. just a little bit of everything. tony is pretty much the man when it comes to all round programs.

  • hard to say. I didn't see huge body changes with strength because strength also starts in joints and tendons first. also if your on a cal def by a lot you will probably lose strength and muscle on something like strong lifts. great program if you want strength. keep in mind most power lifters don't look like body builders…

  • that's not a very fair statement. I have also done strong lifts 5x5. curious what her goals are its definetly not for everyone.
