whenever my friend talks about someone that was fat, he'd use me as an example...like for instance he'd say "that guy was a little bigger than you" or "that guy was a little smaller than you." i would get pretty annoyed by that always using me as measuring stick for other obese/overweight people. For breakfast I go for smoothies -- it's all natural and healthy...gives me the energy that I need to keep me going. I throw in these ingredients into the bullet/blender: 1/2 c frozen spinach 1/2 c non fat greek yogurt 1/2 c frozen berries 1 c almond milk small banana a couple of ice cubes

since you're pretty consistent with in-taking 1220-1500 calories a day indulging once in a while is not a bad thing at all, as a matter of fact, i encourage it! :) it's not like you have parties every week (i'm assuming).

Fage non fat plain greek yogurt...the one you can get at costco is a great deal :)

not really no-no foods but i try hard to minimize any fizzy drinks intake...also I avoid any food that has msg/aspartame in them.

1/2 cup of mixed berries (blackberry, blueberry, and cranberry..i use the one they sell at costco freezer section) 1/2 cup of fage non fat greek yogurt 1 cup of almond milk sweetened 1 medium banana 1/2 cup of pine needle 1/2 cup of kale or spinach it's only 290 calories and keeps you filled. my dad sends me a box of pine…
