I agree that you cannot always follow what the charts say because every body is put together differently. i am 5'3" and weighed about 150 at my smallest and was about a size 10. I have a big frame and I looked AWESOME back then. Just enough to fill my bra while keeping a flat tummy. My weight has ballooned quite a bit…
