Oh & I definitley feel this is safe. Thats why he tells you so many times move at your own pace. I only push it just a bit, you can tell when you've had enough. ;)

I am on my 4th day with P90X, they last an hour on average, last night was 1 hr & 15 It's brutal but it goes by soooo fast. Some of it feels so good & some of it burns. But no pain no gain. I am also eating right so I am hoping that helps. It is constant movement. Look on you tube at some of the videos to give you an idea.…
