the first week someone starts generally you drop 5 to 10 lbs from "cleansing" and your body getting use to all the milk and fiber....sometimes causes upset stomachs as well...but good job! keep it up! and add me if youd like!

i agree...and this sounds extremely one sided....was he saying "you need or have to lose 30 lbs before i get home" or saying...."you think youd be to 150(which i guess is yoru target weight?) before he gets home(like a excitement/motivator)

i love the vislaus mix as well...has a lot more nutrients than just protein as well

its not very healthy for you...can cause heart issues as well as it is 8333% of your daily intake of b12....which means 8000% of it atleast your gonna pee out shortly after....

this is by no means me trying to "sell" i dont want banned...but my family and i use and love the visalus vi shape shakes/powder....but the key is to research and find out the use of the protein powder and how mucn protein in a day(and at a time) you can consume...i believe your body maxes out at 20-25gs of protein every…
