Excuse me but as stated, I have only just started, literally today, on this app. If you have nothing nice to say please do not reply to my post. I was looking for some advice not for some heartless bloke to tell me that I am overeating when I am NOT. Jog on. (pun intended) :grumble: :angry:

My PT thinks that I am able to lose 2lbs a week roughly...Which I know is a lot. I am not crazy overweight but I am an awkward shape, love handles, and they stop me from finding nice clothes that fit, being confident...etc I will lower everything down and track my diet. Thank you both for replying so quickly!!! Nicole
