This looks like the place for me. I've used MFP for awhile and it helps me track my goals; I'm working with a wellness coach to get on track and stay on track. I've not participated in any community forums anywhere so maybe it's time to try on something new.

I buy Fage Plain Yogurt and flavor with stevia and vanilla extract for a snack. For other snacks (which I am allowed), I eat raw nuts like almonds or cashews, Designs for Health Paleo Bars, hummus with veggies, and even avocado with hummus. I limit my fruit intake to one/day and my starches to two servings/day.
