  • I've lost just about 10 pounds in 30 days on a 1200 calorie diet. I exercise every day, but at my nutritionist's advice, try not to eat any of my exercise calories back. It's slow and steady like a tortoise, but it's working. I've lost 17 pounds since the end of October.
