Hey there! I'm 5'4 and I've lost 41 lbs already. I still have about another 30-50 lbs (not sure when i'll be done) Go ahead and add me if you'd like :) I log daily. and have been logging every day for 3 months straight.

I'm with Purplesaurus. Two weeks ago we got 14 inches of snow and no "super storm" was declared and there were no fines if you wanted to travel.....so i guess maybe im unimpressed too LOL

I agree with a previous poster, Center Cut bacon is awesome! I use it with everything i need and it doesnt add much caloric value. I love bacon!

I'm extremely picky, I like junk food...and yes i still eat it from time to time and I've still lost alot of weight. Check out this website: www.skinnytaste.com It has great recipes for junk food that she's made healthy and low calorie. This site has SAVED my diet! And none of it tastes low calorie or healthy like it is :)

Once I realized how small their portions are, there was NO way I could do that. I can get way bigger portions with better macros than eating that stuff. Make sure you look at their serving sizes!

Welcome aboard! I started in November of 2012 and have had alot of success. Feel free to add me for support! I think my best advice is to just be honest with yourself. Track the true calories to the best of your knowledge and that alone will get you very far! Good luck! You can do this!

First and foremost, dont beat yourself up! I'm not an expert, but I know being kind to yourself helps the motivation factor. I have 7 total, but I just got a cross with the date I was baptized on my left forearm. I think that holds enough meaning to be permanently on my body!

Just log your calories! I've lost 33 lbs doing relatively no exercise so far, i started really close to the same weight as you but still have a ways to go! Just be honest with yourself! Add me for support :) I log every day

Nope the honey one is the same amount of calories! i find the honey one is a bit sweeter, but both are very good and sweet, you'd never guess they are low-calorie. My 2 year old loves it, she gobbles it up with no problems

I'm in love with Sara Lee 45 Calories and Delighful Bread. I either get just 100% wheat or the 100% wheat with honey. You wont taste a difference, it tastes exactly the same!! Did i mention only 45 calories a slice?
