I'll be 27 next month, and I started on here in 2012. I have kept most of the weight off all these years, but I keep tracking any time my weight creeps up more than a few lbs. It keeps me focused and accountable.

I lost almost 80 lbs, working on losing more at the moment. I've never made any foods "off-limits", so its made it long-term sustainable to keep the weight off. I started losing weight in 2012!

Have you completed a 6 month one? I am afraid over 6 months I'd lose the motivation in the long run. But calculating 4% of my weight, that's ALOT to lose in 4 weeks!

I find that, for my own sanity, I allow myself on cheat MEAL a week, instead of a cheat day. I log the rest of the day and then have whatever I want for that one meal a week.
