Lexapro definitely helps, but it does take four to six weeks to become effective. I would definitely recommend finding a cognitive behavioral therapist in your area (if finances allow). I used to be on lexapro for anxiety, but it was exacerbating my ADHD lol. With CBT, I've been able to go off the anxiety meds completely.…
