I lost a total of 22.2 lbs. My goal was 30, but I am still very happy with the progress I've made and I'm that much closer to my bikini body. Starting Weight: 181 Week 1: 176.4 Week 2: 175 Week 3: 173.6 Week 4: 172.2 Week 5: 170 Week 6: 167 Week 7: 167 Week 8: 161.8 Week 9: 158.4 Final Weigh in: 158.4

I was too ashamed to take any body pictures and I still am. I started my journey at 191 lbs, started the competition January 1st at 181 lbs and finished the Challenge at 158 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but I think I can be proud of the progress I've made. 33 lbs total and 23 lbs in the 10 week challenge. Hopefully…

That's awesome! Great success! My 14's are finally loose, but I don't quite fit into my 12s because of my abnormally large lower stomach.... I hope I get rid of this thing before too long...
