Thank you. During this kickstart week I lost 4.8lbs - very pleased!! I am starting to like the weights workout, but still hate cardio!!

Thank you. Day 3 today - could only do one cardio, but walked a bit today as well. Not as sore as I was yesterday - but still unable to get out of the sofa in a ladylike fashion!!

Was glad to read this post as I thought there was something wrong with me! I swear I think it took longer for me to put those damn things round my feet than the exercise routine itself!!
