I found breathing with an odd number of in/out breaths, three in two out for example, keeps you exhaling on both your right and left foot. It seems you land harder on your foot when you exhale. This may cause injuries.

I took the survey and would be interested in the results and correct answers.

I heard it said best here one time talking about food but it applies to exercise as well. Will power is like a muscle the more you use it the stronger it gets!

If women could only follow these rules life would be so much better... Women, learn to work the toilet seat. You're a big girl. If it's up, put it down. We need it up, you need it down. You don't hear us complaining about you leaving it down. Birthdays, Valentines, and Anniversaries are not considered by us to be…

They may well be looking at you, some will think good for her getting out there and doing it, others will think what a waste of time she's going no where, in the end who cares. Do what's best for you start on a program of resistance asap it feels great and you cant get that feeling any other way...

It's not much of a recipe, I mix a can of tuna with a cup of cottage cheese. sometime I add onions and or red / green pepper.

I also do legs and cardio on the same day just make sure you do your strength training first. Don't waste your energy on cardio then try and get a good lift in. Who cares if your out of gas for cardio that's the idea.

I bought a scosche rhythm (http://www.scosche.com/) it uses a strap that goes around your forearm. I use the app digifit on my iPhone it also has its own app. It worked well for me so far about 3 months.

My opinion, for weight loss doing cardio, empty stomach first thing in the morning. If its strength training, a protein shake about an hour before you start and another asap after, then a high protein meal an hour later.

What do you do first Cardio or Strength?

I use a heart rate monitor, I usually go 3 min hard, HR between 150 and 160, and 2 min easy, HR recovers to around 130-135. I do this for 45 min. I'm not sure this is the best way, but I am sure its better than no way. I see an exercise physiologist on Jan 16, this was one of the questions I had for him. I'll let you know…
