I eat them regularly, don't be put off by their smell. drain them, wash them or/and soak them with water before using them. They are odourless and tasteless which is great because you have a lot of freedom adding flavours to them. And they are amazingly filling.

in our area it's the local leisure centre. Or local gym, they will do it for a slight hefty fee. Maybe try the gyms in your area. :smile:
