  • Did you start using it? I'm about to start it this week. I've used Oxy Elite Pro a few times and had good results but wanted to try something else.
  • Good luck and ignore these negative people on here. Most of them are giving harsh opinions and have absolutely nothing to back it up with. Obviously the juice fasts, done properly, have been studied and reviewed by real doctors so you have nothing to worry about. I also saw the movie and have been juicing a few times a…
  • Most people can't stick to a diet that covers all vitamins and minerals every day and multi vitamins are so darn cheap that it's better everyone just takes them every day anyways. This way you won't ever have to worry or stress out wondering if you've eaten enough of this veggie or that veggie just to get a certain amount…
  • Well of course tuna by itself is healthy and good to eat every day. But if you throw a bunch of crap in with it then you ruin the whole point. Try greek yogurt instead of mayo sometime. It's healthier and delicious.
  • I already allow myself 10% of my daily calories to be from whatever I want. So I have a cookie with breakfast, another cookie with lunch, and maybe some chocolate with dinner. Makes things a lot easier when you don't to worry about it.
  • As long as you're not eating excess caloires you're not going to gain fat weight.
  • Sirius XMs Octane station is perfect so I've made a custom playlist on Pandora just for it. The station is built around Disturbed, Sevendust, Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, Shinedown, Five Finger Death Punch, Godsmack, and Korn.
  • It's totally up to you as long as you weigh in the same way each time. So do it everyday or every week but make sure you weigh yourself first thing in the morning and right before you go to bed every time.
  • Carbs are very good. Just as good as fats and proteins. But like others have said if you overeat any of those 3 then yes it's bad. Carbs and fats are easier to overeat cause all the bad tasty food is made of these. Haha. Just think of donuts, soda, and tinkies!!
  • It sounds funny but has worked for me when I used to live with my parents and they had junk food around a lot. My cryptonite was chocolate donuts. If I was craving them I would open the package, close my eyes, and take a bunch of super deep breaths in through my nose. Man oh man you get the pleasure and rush of smelling it…
  • No reason to stop if you want to gain more muscle, that's up to you. But you might want to take a month break if you've seemed to hit a plateau.
  • Some whey protein, lots of water, and rotate icepacks onto the sore spots. You'll be sore the first few sessions.
  • Anytime you start a new fitness program of course you're going to be sore until your body gets more used to it. Give it a few weeks and then make your decision. Now of course if your pain is crazy bad and does not feel right then you should back down on either the intensity or the number or length of workouts.
  • I've used both a lot and owned a recumbent. I feel lazy on recumbents and don't feel like I'm every pushing myself when I'm riding one. On the uprights I feel more like I'm a part of the action and tend to push myself harder. But depending on where it's going in your house the upright can stick out like a sore thumb…
  • It's different for everyone. I could care less what anyone looks like in my gym. If I'm in a relationship I wouldn't be scoping out the ladies very much but when I'm single I tend to glance around a little more in between sets.
  • I subscribed to Men's Health for $15 a year which is crazy cheap. They give a lot of awesome advice, workout plans for any man, recipes, and just other general help. It's motivating to read a little every day when you're eating a healthy lunch. That's a good start. I got my current strength training routine from one of…
  • I have owned both and have many friends with both and my conclusions are as follows. Most current iPhone owners are women, simple people, "trendy" people, people attracted to shiny objects, or non-tech savvy people. Android owners are everyone else and are increasing drastically in number and will soon easily overtake…
  • Holy crap. I go to bed at 330 am and workout when I wake up at noon.
  • You answered your own question. You want AUTHENTIC curry and if it's a high calorie dish then so be it. Make it as is and enjoy it. If you're going to eat it a lot then you should consider reducing calories somehow but realizing that it's not how it's supposed to be made. Either way I wish I could have some
  • Ditto on calorie rich foods. If you snack on celery every day then simply eat a handful of mixed nuts instead and you'll easily add more calories. And like what others said if you have anything that's 0% or reduced fat foods simply get rid of those and use their normal counterparts.
  • I simply mix some healthy and some less healthy into almost every meal so I'm never really tempted. With breakfast and lunch I usually have 1 cookie with each. Newman's Own makes some awesome cookies and they're actually not too bad for you. With dinner I usually have another cookie or a small piece of candy. This is the…
  • Some packages of meat will specify if their serving nutrition info is raw, pre-cooked, or cooked so maybe you'll get lucky.
  • Throw some slices of mandarin orange on that salad or make something with OJ would be good
  • Here is my problem with you crazy animal rights veggie heads. What's wrong with eating locally raised meat or other animal products that you know are not raised in a bad environment? Or fish that are caught at sea? Why do you all insist on eating nothing that comes from any animal? You just don't make any sense.
  • If I buy another expensive exercise machine for my house it will be used. You can find stuff so much cheaper on ebay or craigslist. I bought my bowflex brand new for $1000 and now I can't even sell it for $300 because there are always so many people selling workout equipment for cheap.
  • I've been doing squats and the barbel single-leg straight-leg deadlift. It's a really good one where you can feel your butt working like crazy once you can perform it correctly.
  • Make sure you ask for membership discounts! They probably have one for students already but if not ask them about any other club or program that you might be eligible for a discount. I got a military one at my gym.
  • You are overreacting. In a perfect controlled environment everything and everyone would be clean. In the real world and everywhere outside germs and dirt are a normal part of nature and our lives.
  • I've put it in my cereal. It was kind of hard to mix but sort of tasted like chocolate milk in cereal so it wasn't too bad
  • Haha, this isn't even fair. Everyone knows Star Wars is the best movie series of all time!
