  • I would be more concerned about your heart and the strain you are putting on it. 15 cups is WAY to much. Increased caffeine levels can also lead to anxiety which will reduce your ability to lose weight as there is a direct correlation between stress and weight loss/gain. J
  • When I know I'm going out on the town and having drinks or am going to grab a slice of pizza, I like to tally up what I know I will drink/eat before I go out and then pre-burn some calories the night/day before I go out. Just a thought :)
  • Healthy eating combined with exercise.. We have been hearing it since, forever? I don't know why it took me until 26 to start trying it!

  • Definitely! I am on here all the time, or I am on the mobile application. I've lost 8.5LBS since starting 15 days ok. All of it is do to watching what I am eating. Feeling really good, still need to lose another 25LBS though! Good luck!
  • Try drinking it at room temperature. I am drinking 3LTR a day right now. Get to the office, fill my 1.5LTR bottle, drink my coffee, wake up slowly, take 3 gulps of water and I am on my way! J
