personally i don't eat bacon i hate the taste of it but i don't see why you could not eat it if eaten in moderation! eating bacon everyday may not be good for you but eating bacon in moderation is ok. but if it fits in your macros then by all means eat it.

i used to have the same problem. i had a very limited diet but hey it doesn't help that i am a very extremely picky eater!!!! what helped me was switching from fat-free & low fat products to full fat. i always used to eat fat free cottage cheese, recently i switched to the 2% kind, i don't know why i didn't switch sooner…

i thought i was the only one who experienced this! certain days where i eat high fatty foods, greasy foods or even drinks such as carbonated water i get a pain on my right side of my stomach, feels like i am having a gallstone attack but less intense than what i experienced with gallstones.

i used to log in everything as i eat it but now i log what i am going to eat a day ahead.

you wont see results overnight but be prepared it could take a few weeks to even a few months to see the results you want!

i too eat spaghetti squash in place of pasta. i normally cut the squash in halves and bake them in an oven at 350 degrees for about an hour. when done i have a lot of leftover! to reheat them i just pop them in a microwave for about 90 seconds and its ready to be eaten.

you really need to eat more!!! you should at least be eating the recommended 1200 calories/day. you may think you are eating fine but the reality is you are starving yourself!! the question is if you keep eating the way you do how long can you keep that up?

For the past year or so I have been on a low carb diet. I did not cut out carbs completely but what I did was I stopped eating the very starchy carbs like pasta, rice, peas & corn, etc. Up until recently I have just started incorporating rice into my diet but I only eat half a serving.
