  • I second the eat before you go. you can also bring a bottle of water to sip on so you aren't just standing around. If you are really pushed, accept the pizza and pick the veggies off of it :)
  • I don't think it really matters, I like to weigh everyday because I just like to know where I am in relation to yesterday and make sure the trend isn't going up :).
