  • I brew herb teas and then bottle them. Green Tea, Black Tea, Weight Loss Herb Tea, or any others. I use the glass bottle from mineral water purchased at the store and use 2 tea bags per 750ml.   • I purchased a small bag of Cinnamon Sticks at the dollar store for a dollar. If you keep on in your mouth for as long as possible like carrying a tooth pick the stick gives you flavor and it keeps you from putting any other food in your mouth. This is one of my tricks to cutting down on food consumption.
